The better phrase should be “victory for now”.
Recently, TILRC, League of Women Voters of Kansas, and the Kansas Appleseed Center sued both the Kansas Attorney General and the Kansas Secretary of State for laws that severely restricted Kansans’ right to vote.
We won!
It has been a long fight, and it might get even longer after the Attorney General, Kris Kobach, said he plans to appeal.
