Description of TILRC Logo Image

The logo for Topeka Independent Living Resource Center (TILRC) is a shield with a rippling purple banner above and below it.

Written on the top banner are the word Topeka Independent Living. On the bottom banner are the words Resource Center

The shield is divided into four quadrants.

The upper left quadrant is yellow and contains the universal symbol for wheelchair accessibility, a stick figure of a man sitting in a stylized wheelchair.

The upper right quadrant is blue and contains the universal symbol for fair housing, the outline of a house with the equal symbol inside.

The lower right quadrant is yellow and contains the universal symbol for sign language interpretation, two hands making the American Sign Language symbol for interpreter.

The lower left quadrant is blue and contains the universal symbol for people who are blind or have low vision. It is a stick figure of a man walking with a cane extended in front of him.

All of these symbols are in white.

In the center of the shield is a small shield in purple. It contains a set of scales symbolizing justice in black.
